Amazon’s service was impecable, as always. They handled 2 returns on this very poor product without a hitch. The pressure washer is a complete failure though – don’t order it or do so with your eyes wide open! The first unit arrived beautifully packaged and set up was a 3 minute task. But … it simply would not turn on. After 45 minutes of experimenting a call to customer service for the manufacturer quickly reached agreement that something was wrong and it should be returned. I asked if they were not tested before leaving factory? She said she doubted that the Chinese factory did testing. The replacement unit arrived quickly thanks to Amazon and even better it set-up and started without a hitch. But the pressure!?? It was feeble indeed – little more than my garden hose achieves with a good nozzle and it would not clean even modest dirt areas from the deck. No way this thing is 1750 psi – my neighbor’s mini-unit rated at 1250 psi is far stronger. Back it goes … thanks Amazon …. but your warehouse needs to clean this one out!
